Nice clean room :) Hot water, comfortable bed, little balcony. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful:)

The location and the receptionist was really helpful and kind.

There was mildew on the ceiling and wires hanging from the ceiling.

Location was good for us. Short walk to old town, but far enough away from the BUSY streets packed with people. Bed was comfortable, staff were really lovely. Shower was hot and powerful. Aircon and fan made it a really nice return to a cool room. Overall, couldn't beat it, especially at such a good price.

There is no elevator, but didn't bother us. Just mentioning incase someone requires this when booking a stay.

The location was good, staff was friendly, the room was big, clean and fresh. I would definitely come back to this homestay in a next trip to Vietnam

The place was a bit noisy, the room didn't have a good sound isolation for the hallway, also a bell was ringing all the time when some one was walking arround. The staff didn't speak English, was a bit hard at times but that's OK.

Great staff Good location- close to town and close to bus drop off etc Big room and good bathroom Room has a Kettle 😍 and fridge so can boil and cool your own water 💧 Nice balcony where clothes dry soooo quickly Let us check in early and leave our luggage there the day we checked out while we waited till bus Let us leave a clothes bag for donations 😊 Cheap drinks like bottled water etc - ( cheaper than other little mini marts we'd been too )

Wifi wasn't so good in the room but that's only a small problem as we did have data ' other than that was great !! Would definitely recommend!!

Helpful staff who gave me good recommendations. The young couple speak english. Location (walking distance to Old Town, grocery store next door). Large room. Very clean. Bathroom is also very clean and large (the shower is far from the toilet, good evacuation of water). I was offered to use a bicycle for free whenever I wanted to. I never used it as I prefered to walk to the old town.
