Friendly staff, we were able to extend our stay without any issues.

Pillow was very uncomfortable the first night but I asked to change for a softer one without any problem and after that everything was fine!

Nice and quiet, easy walk to main busy areas. Large room with good size balcony. Large ensuite. Lovely owners and young lady working there. Got me a cab to train stn cheaper than a grab. Reccomend this place.

It is a good decent place to stay. To us, we felt more of a backpacker's type homestay. Therefore, to be fair, it might be a good high rating for BP type stay. But, if you are used to decent hotel or abnb then might reconsider. Staff spoke English, very friendly, nice and helpful. Cash only so keep that in mind. Location was close enough to have a leisurely walk, ~1Km, to the Hoi An old town. The famous madam Kanh, Queen banh mi was very close 450m, it seems they close early evening so get there b4. We had ours, very good Bahn mi, on the way to old town, when returning 8pm, already closed.

Great hospitality, good location and perfect staff.

It was great. The staff are polite and super-friendly and helpful (they kept our luggage for us to go to Cham Islands for 1 night). It's a 10-min walk to the Old Quarter and river. It's super clean, the bathroom is rustic and big, the water pressure is great, the tiles are beautiful. The room has all you need, literally. A huge bed, wardrobe, fridge, tv and even an office-style table&chair. The balcony is larger than I needed, with huge windows to open for fresh air. It looks better than in the pics! I strongly recommend it. :-)
