Thanh Sơn Homestay-Cao Bằng

The room was super confortable and clean and the terrace is very nice. The location is perfect as it's close to the center but in a quieter street. Chi was super nice and very helpful, we will miss this Homestay! We were also able to rent a motorbike to visit the surrounding areas which was very nice.

Rooms were really big. The lady that runs the place helped us in everything from renting us motorcycles, ordering coffee for us to finding us bus schedules and possible destinations during our stay.

We had the most wonderful stay here! We were originally planning to stay for only 1 night but due to the amazing facilities and lovely host we decided to stay for other 3 nights! The homestay is in a great location, very central but still quiet from the buzz of the roads. The room itself was very homely, really cool with the air conditioning and the outdoor terrace had a really nice vibe with a fridge, kettle and cutlery if you need to make your own food. I would highly highly recommend this place!!

The bed was a little hard, but not bad

The owners are really friendly. They helped me rent a motorbike and showed me the way to the bus to Ban Gioc. When my bus to Ba Be lake got cancelled the husband drove me himself! The shower was good and warm for a long time. Good value for the price!

It's a homestay so there is a bit of noise in the evening but it doesn't go on for too long and is to be expected. The bikes are more expensive compared to the rest of Vietnam but in Cao Bang it seemed to be the normal price. The bed was a bit harder but this seems to be standaard in Vietnam.

The room was cute and cozy.

The noise. My room was next to the entrance and I couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise. They didn’t provide me options for this. The AC didn’t work well.

As we arrived at 4am in the morning, she opened the door and let us check in. It eas pefect to take a shower and get some sleep again after a night in the Bus. The communication through WhatApp was very easy and quick. We rented a motorbike at her place which was very good and we could drive through the area without worring about anything. She offers Laundry service (30K/kg) also overnight, which for us was very good. The bed is quite hard but the douve is amazing. She shower has very good water pressure and is warm. The outdoor area is nice for having a chill Day or night. The location is not far from the center so you easily get food& drinks. With the little Kitchenette you can prepare some food (no cooking) but for Breakfast very good :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. Those sweet people took care of us like we were family. The room is spacious and clean with all you need. The laundry service is fast and cheap. The localisation is good yet very quiet at night. My boyfriend was sick and they did everything they could to help him get better. Thank you for everything
