Good location, nice homestay.

First room had a damp mattress which we didn't discover until night time. However we were able to change rooms the next day and rest of the stay was fine. Can hear other guests in their room as there is no sound insulation.

Everything is well prepared

no breakfast. The room was big and so was bathroom. The garden behind the window is green. There was an iron desk, boiled water I had to take care of on my own though. Microwave and a sink in the kitchen are available.

The creatures similar to lizards were running around the room. Quite a huge ones. My colleague who stayed there for 2 months in September and October 2024 said they were always there. I failed to close the window, it was cold in night.

The homestay is located in a lovely area, very quiet and cozy. There has been a problem with cockroaches unfortunately, but when the count got too high (14), I was then offered to move to another room right away for the last two nights.

Having made them aware of the cockroaches problem immediately, it was minimised at first and then little followed up on resolution until my input. Actions have followed immediately as said, but a whole day passed.
