Хочу выразить огромную благодарность хозяевам этого удивительного места! Отдыхали здесь 4 дня, и впечатления остались только самые наилучшие. Всё началось с самого трогательного приема, которого мы даже не ожидали. Нас встретили как самых родных людей: обняли, угостили вкуснейшим смузи и сразу сказали, что мы можем обращаться за помощью в любую минуту. Это задало тон пребывания. Сам отель очень чистый и ухоженный. Сразу видно, что хозяева вкладывают в него всю душу, здесь всё пропитано заботой. Особенно хочется отметить хозяйку — это человек с огромным сердцем! Каждый раз, когда она видела, что мы идем к бассейну, она выносила нам свежие фрукты. Постоянно интересовалась, не хотим ли мы воды или мангового смузи, и искренне спрашивала, всё ли у нас хорошо. Было полное ощущение, что ты приехал не в гостиницу, а в дом, где тебя очень долго ждали и скучали. Такая забота и внимание каждую минуту бесценны. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за такое отношение к гостям и к своему отелю. Теперь мы твердо знаем: если когда-нибудь поедем сюда снова, то только в этот отель. Рекомендуем от всей души.

"Great location, person service, wonderful family."

Wonderful family run stay. They did everything for us, arranging tours, boat trips, overnight bus ride to SaPa. They even walked us to the bus and helped get us squared away on the right bus. They look after guests and make everything work well

Very helpful, very welcoming, clean facilities and location. Walls are all glass (there are curtains so not a huge issue, but still good to know in advance)
