"Stay away from this property"

We arrived at 15h00, in the rain. The host was not there, we knocked and called, no answer. We contacted Bookings.com to say we want to cancel. The host then refused to give our money back. We found other accommodation, had to pay again. The host called back, was rude, and said she sent a WhatsApp which we did not received in time. Still refused to refund. Stay away from this place!

Fabulous one nights stay in Springbok en route to Namibia. Easy self check in. Secure parking. Wonderful hospitality and incredibly clean room with everything you may need.
