The Host (Lizette) was very attentive and made us feel right at home. 13 Steps is definitely the place to stay and they will see us on our next trip.

The hostess provides a nice welcome. lovely little studio. everything is perfectly arranged.

All the amenities you could possibly need. The owners are in constant communication with you, so you are not left out of the loop if something happens. Lizette (the owner) brought us fresh bottled water when there was a power cut that prevented the town from pumping fresh water. She said we could use it when the power came back on for coffee. We loved that Lizette was so organised - everywhere there were tips and labels to answer questions you were thinking in your mind. Very thoughtful.

The owner went out of her way to help us with our washing, answering questions, and finding out information we needed. We've actually become friends! I will go back there any time.
