Convenient to downtown

Missing amenities, cold showers,

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. I loved the rooms and communal kitchen, it had everything we needed and more. The price can’t be beat, location was close to the beach. Would highly recommend.

What breakfast?

Cool water shower and a filthy toilet. There is a horrible Road entering the hotel muddy rutted. Difficult to find.

It was secure with a huge locked gate and barbed wire, which made me think I was perhaps not in a good part of town. When I left in the morning I had the feeling that is what it must feel like to be released from prison.

When I arrived, I was told CASH only, which I did not have. The staff was very kind and allowed me to stay with the agreement that I would pay the next day. I had to get to the airport in the morning and could not find anyone to make arrangements with for payment. Booking.com says BANK TRANSFER in the fine print. This needs to be fixed, and the CASH only policy communicated to guests before arrival. I received a nasty message regarding NOT paying, but I am still waiting for someone to communicate a method of electronic payment so that I can pay. It was very noisy with screaming girls' until 3 am in the pool, and barking dogs which is out of their control. Again, I sincerely appreciated not being turned away being a single female at night, but this policy should be made clear upon booking. I was actually under the impression it was paid already through booking.com.

Worth the price tag. Its also a little walk away from very centre so it meant it was nice and quiet.

There isn't necessarily someone around immediately when you need- I was waiting outside for a bit when I got there since the gates were shut and nobody got back to me on messages for a while. Also with questions I had. Expect a slower response.

Only the room , bed and cleaning

The staff was a little bit without customer Service, but all rigght
