Maleesha Homestay

Breakfast was fantastic, plentiful and varied day to day. The balcony was private and a great additional space. Maleesha and her Mum are genuinely really nice people and were incredibly helpful during our stay. They also called us a tuk tuk to take us to the station.

The shower would take time to warm up as it was solar powered. This sometimes meant that the shower ended up being cold in the mornings. It is also a little more on the expensive side for what it is, although comparable to other places in Ella

The location was very quiet yet central. We were looked after really well by all the family. The breakfasts were amazing!

Comfortabele ruime kamer. Heerlijk ontbijt! Heel vriendelijke hosts.

De wifi werkt heel traag. De waterdruk voor warm water is laag. Deze puntjes enkel ter info. Hebben ons niet gestoord!

Miły personel, bardzo ładne pokoje. Przed każdym pokojem taras, zadaszony. Łóżka były wygodne. Cisza i spokój. Dobre śniadanie. Polecam.

On recommande la guesthouse familiale de Maleesha, super bien placée !! Maleesha et sa maman sont très accueillantes et disponibles. Le petit déjeuné sri lankais est délicieux !!

Super nice and very helpful owner, good breakfast and good location in a quiet area.

Best breakfast in past 4 weeks of traveling - tasty, and great variety. Located away from main roads so was quiet and awoke to birds singing. Convenient location to walk to 9 arch bridge, little Adam’s peak and train station. Very friendly hosts. Appreciated having a fridge to cool beer and water.

Couldn’t close bathroom window so nervous about potential mosquitos or someone breaking in. Humidity so high that sheets and pillow always felt a bit damp - perhaps this is an Ella-wide situation.
