房間空間舒適，燈光亮度很足，提供的備品齊全。房外有共用的大冰箱可使用，有提供飲水機也有瓶裝水。有共用小廚房，有洗碗精可以洗碗、洗水壺，餐廳亦有兩張大桌供房客用餐。老闆老闆娘非常親切熱心，介紹很多景點行程，可以幫忙聯繫租汽機車及代訂跳島行程。他們也兼做計程車，可以幫忙接送。住得非常舒適愉快，下次還會再訂客拉客民宿。

位在許家村，前往白沙西嶼的路上。夜晚安靜。乾淨程度算優等。

隔音稍差，公共區域無微波爐。 (建議在公共區域設置維波爐及簡易碗盤，有冰箱但加熱食物需要等老闆娘有再才能使用。老闆娘可能會出去做生意)
