The staff are so kind and friendly! The hotel/retreat was absolutely beautiful! Well maintained and tranquil.

Wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property! it was more that I did not read what was included properly and was very surprised to find that our room did not have a TV I don’t think other rooms did either! It was a slight adjustment however it was ok

La entrada es absolutamente preciosa, estás rodeado de naturaleza y la ubicación es muy buena también. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno estaba muy rico.

Algunas grietas en la zona del baño con humedades y la zona de la piscina que no estaba del todo limpia, pero poca cosa.

My stay at Narasoma Hotel was really good! It is located in the center of Ubud. The staff were super helpful, kind, and polite,they truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious options to start the day right, and the breakfast staff made the experience even better with their warmth and smiles.
