Maple House

Lovely location tucked off the main road and hidden, our room had an amazing view/sunrise, staff was nice.

The room looked cute at first glance, but there were a lot of little small things like one of our towels had a giant hole in it, there were weird stains on top of the canopy bed, etc. The room wasn't filthy, but it wasn't sparkling clean either.

Centrally located, secluded and not noisy, friendly staffs, clean and comfortable bed, spacious room, nice rice paddy at the back of alley, surprisingly has pool!

the location here is amazing. the room had such a great view too, felt like I was so far away but in fact I was so close to everything! the staff is very friendly and the greenery is stunning!! the value is hard to beat in Ubud. super close to all stuff.

my AC broke while I was there, they tried to fix but it did not work. my fridge was verrrrry loud at night. my downstairs neighbors knocked to tell me to be quiet but I’m alone and was lightly walking around. the wifi is slow.

There is no ventilation. There is no light. The windows do not face the street. It's very dark. Neighbors look out the windows. Dim lighting lamps in the room. Gloomy. There was a permanent repair.

Location was perfect, facilities are enough, bed was okay, I got room with good view so no complaint at all
