Friendly staff and location

Super! A perfect homestay!! Is nice to arrive after 19h. Traveling and feel welcome. Big homemade breakfast when you’re ready for it. Confortable room with a nice balcony. Quiet in the very center. Location is perfect if you want to be close to everything. Mira and his husband were super nice, they help us organice our trips around the island, giving good advice.

The staff were so friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. My bed was big and very comfortable. The location was great, right in the centre surrounded by great restaurants and cafe's.

Mira is a great hostess. With a smile all the times, she recommended places where to eat and sightseeing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was cleaned daily. Water pressure was not strong, but it is out of her control. Breakfast was different everyday . Homestay is closed to all walkable attractions in Ubud.

The location is great, the price is good, the owners are super friendly and the garden is an absolute dream. The best homestay I have ever stayed in. Especially for the price!

It was perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient and quiet. A beautiful and well maintained property. Clean and comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. The only small downsides are the lack of a fridge in the room and WiFi being spotty at times. There was renovation going on when I visited, but the noise of this didn't bother me much.

This is my second stay in Jepun Bali Ubud and it is even more amazing than the previous one. We were warmly welcome by the family from the moment we entered to the second we left. Thanks to Kadek and Mira for making us a wonderful stay. The room is super clean, and we love waking up in a quiet area with traditional Balinese houses, finding that tea and coffee are ready at the porch. Mira then prepares tasty breakfast and brings to each room. We rent a scooter and book a day tour with them, and everything went smoothly with reasonable price. Kadek rode us with his car and helped us much in each places we visited. The location of the homestay is in a small lane, one minute walk from the main road and ensure to keep all the traffic noises away. It is close to the Monkey Forest, and some good restaurants, such as Pison. There a community house in front of the homestay, and we could see local people preparing for the Silent Day event - another good experience.

The water pressure is not very good, but it is popular in Ubud I guess. You can pay in cash only, however we know it beforehand and we had no problem with it.
