Umah Belos

Room was clean and spacious, there was a sink and hob. The shower was nice and hot, hotel is in a great location very central. The staff and owner are really friendly and helpful, we had a spider in our room that we were too scared to get and the owner came straight over to help us which was really lovely

It was VERY VERY dirty. When I checked in, the bed sheets were dirty, so I asked them to change them. Overall, the room is not cleaned properly in a long while. I don't understand how this place can have such a good puntuation.

The staff were lovely and let me check in early which is always appreciated. My room was spacious and clean with a fridge.

No towels were provided and the bed was a bit squeaky (but very comfortable!)

The location is near everything and it is very quiet. Love the breakfast and the staffs are very helpful.

I like the staff they are very friends nice people And the place of the house it's perfect near to everything Amd the owner of the place he is such incredible person very nice very kind

The room is really big, the terrace is nice and you can see the temple from terrace which is quite nice, include its own kitchen in the room which is rare in Bali

No shampoo, the bathroom needs to get renovated, need better cleaning ( it seems like they clean only where people look)

Great location, and good staff, and the breakfast it’s very ok.

Bathroom could be cleaner and would also help some supply off gel or shampoo over there !!
