MYThe first impressive thing about my stay here was the front line staff. She is very friendly and customer oriented. She attended us all the time with huge smiling face which makes us feel home and comfort.
It's not something I wanted to complaint. But this property is not suitable for elderly people as there is no lift facilities.
MYAmazing views of Bromo to enjoy with your breakfast. Apartment was really spacious for the five of us. Even came with a balcony and kitchen. There’s an Indomaret next to the property so you can grab simple food and drinks.
Our room floor felt a bit sticky not sure if it’s because of the cleaning liquid. Narrow staircase up to the apartment room which can be tricky with your big luggage but their staff can help. Use the ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Er zat geen muurtje of gordijn bij de douche, daardoor werd het toilet nat tijdens het douchen.
