70s House by Capicua

Although the house is situated in a residential area that at first glance appears run-down, the area is safe and friendly. There is a grocery store and bakery with coffee across the street, and 500 metres away there is a large shopping centre with busy eateries. The house itself is fine, and everything is clean. The owner is very helpful and answers any questions promptly.

A water heater would be useful in the kitchen. The garden, with two trees, is lush but could use some maintenance.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Braga Parque. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I accidentally left my phone in the drawer without realizing it. They were honest and reached out to ask where they could return it.

We really loved the location of the house! It was very quiet, clean and had everything required - kitchen fully equipped, dish washer, washing machine. It felt very homey. Absolute pleasure to stay in this quest house.

Couple of recommendations: 1. The house was marked as number 75, which in reality turned out to be 79. It was a bit hard to find. It would be helpful to put some kind of sign saying the name of the Guest House. We were not the only people struggling to find it. A young couple also found it hard to locate the place. 2. The instructions for getting into the house were great, but it would be helpful if you gave a bit of notice before arrival and possibly a wi-fi connection. Not everyone has mobile data. Thank goodness the lady in pastellaria across the road let me access her wi-fi and I got the instructions, then got into the house.

It’s my best destination in Braga i went there two times and i will definitely go again whenever I can 👌🏻

Would benefit from airconditioning

My room was amazing. Great view, sun light and the location was just perfect. It's a 20 minute walk from Uminho so I walked easily everyday.

Clean, good kitchen, shopping centre within walking distance.
