The owner did not come to the address where we should meet at 22:00, and left me with children without answering on calls nor on messages, where I booked another property in 30km from that address and got my children to bed at 01:30 ..

There is no reception. As of May 2023 guests will be allowed to enter the property only if other guests are inside and can open the door to them. Which means that arriving in the late evening may mean to not even be able to enter. Despite being superficially clean, the room was quite dusty in multiple points. Same goes for the bathroom: toilet and bathtub are clean, but in the corners there’s dust or dirt or objects that have been there for who knows long. Bedsheets looked clean but very used, and so did the the furniture. Another concern is linked to safety: some electric cables are worn out and have been roughly repaired, both in bathroom and bedroom, in a way that definitely doesn’t look safe. Not recommended for people with walking disabilities or elders: no elevator, the rooms are at the top floor, not handles in the bathtub to prevent accidental falling in any way. No warm water in the sink.

Total chaos and mess. One person in the end did not get room and had to sleep in car!
