The shared kitchen was not properly cleaned, smelled stuffy, and there were coackroaches crawling as I was trying to make cofee.

The place is terrible. Deep in the location with gravel road and you pass 3 Tarven that makes the person scared. On arrival there were so many people drinking alcohol ifront of the guest house that made me scared as a female to sleep in the house because alone that was unprofessional to mix business with pleasure. Their yard is not safe the fence not closed. I called the owner as I could not even enter the property inside to refund me a book somewhere. He told me the money is with booking.com Must ask you refund me. You can check the same night I book on this app to Sundowns for my stay. Kindly refund my money back that place is not to placed to internet for people to use it.other guests also left disappointed

Nothing at all, the location is bad with high pricing. Beds are old, towels are like door rags can't give ppl such towels. No hygiene at all

I didn't like the location of the place ,it was very creepy. We had to turn back because the kind of location that we saw is not what we expected, so we didn't even check in cause again the host was not answering our calls.

Very convenient and close to Sun City.

Calls were not answered, and I communicated well in time that I would return late, but the main door was locked, and I had to sleep in the car. The house has a foul smell and needs some renovations. The ceiling has spider webs and sagged. I had to cut my teip short and left the following day.
