The staff is really friendly and helpfull The welcome is warm and the food is really good We got help to book a guide with Shom, a local guide, with whom we had loads of fun, plenty of information, and ate at here home with delicious food.

Pretty room with lots of windows, located right next to rice terraces. Breakfast was great, as well as their resident dog.

Bit of a trek up and downhill, which will be very difficult if you aren't fairly fit. Would be nicer if there was more lighting in the room (esp at night) and another fan, as it can be warm.

The best place we stayed in Vietnam in 7 weeks so far. The staff is amazingly warm, friendly and helpful. They helped us book the most complicated routes, talked to taxi drivers on the phone for half an hour to bring us to the right spot, mailed items we have forgotten to our next destination and did pretty much everything right so that we felt like home away from home. It is not the cheapest place but worth every dong. I will definitely try to come back.

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk around Ta Van which is quieter and prettier than Sapa town. There was a bar with great views where you could have breakfast and sit and chat to other guests.
