Sapa's Soul

Staying at Sapa soul gives you a great Vietnamese experience with lovely hosts. Chin was our main host who is absolutely delightful and helpful. Interesting to talk to, very efficient about organising things. Had a cooking lesson with her which was very enjoyable ( and gave us a very tasty meal). Beautiful views over the terraced hill sides. Unfortunately we didnt avail ourselves of some of the walks on offer as the weather wasn't kind while we were there

I suppose the odd dog barking in the night if you are a light sleeper.

Wonderful home stay in beautiful peaceful hills just outside Sa Pa with the friendliest family and very tasty food. Host was so helpful in planning treks, taxi pick ups and laundry etc and we loved hanging out with her little boy.

As others have said, the walls were a bit thin and you’re in the countryside so there’s some animal noises in the morning. It didn’t bother us but worth being aware of if you’re an exceptionally light sleeper!

Deze Homestay beveel ik ten zéérste aan. Ik kan het best omschreven als een relaxte, rustige en een natuurlijke omgeving. De locatie is top, het eten is geweldig (complimenten aan de chef!) en de eigenaar en het personeel stonden mij steeds met een glimlach te antwoord. Geen enkele vraag was teveel. Ze hebben mij geholpen met het uitzoeken van activiteiten, het regelen van een taxi en bus. Ook is deze locatie geweldig om geweldige hikes te maken in de vallei of het rustig aan te doen met een boek en drankje.
