An authentic, cozy, and dreamy home with wonderful host. Mai and her family made me and my friend felt like we're part of their family. Mai is very kind and helpful, she is also a great cook, her kids are soooo adorable and we really loved sitting in front of the fireplace.

Definitely the most memorable stay in our three months travel. The family makes you feel welcomed. You are a part of their daily life. The house high in the mountains is beautiful and you can make great hikes from there. It lies in a small and quiet ethnic village surrounded by rice fields. Because it is high in the mountains it is not so touristy as in the valley or Sapa. Mai made it very easy to get there.

Chapi dreamy home it’s a super nice house That Mai and her husband run in Sapa countryside, meeting her and her wonderful children was one of the best experiences we had in Vietnam

We loved this place from the first moment with the warm welcome from Mai and her family. Everything was perfect, they also helped us to bring our baggages from Sapa to their village, organizing two days tour with local guide. the dinner at home was really tasty and ambient is cozy. We will suggest this stay for everyone who wants to bring back home unforgettable memories from Sapa.

The home was absolutely beautiful, really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. May and Tong were super lovely and friendly and they made us feel really welcome and comfortable. May's food was also delicious! The location is also beautiful with a great garden and a view of the valley. 10/10 would recommend!!

A very quiet and beautiful spot in the remote mountains above Sa Pa. Tom and co were very accommodating and we had a really peaceful time just enjoying the surroundings. They cooked us delicious meals (it is a 30 minute drive to the shops at Sa Pa or there is a local store in the village with fruit veg and meat so you need to go prepared or take them up on meals). They also took us up the mountain above the house which is a pretty special hike - steep then incredible views.

A little more explanation at the start of where things are and how the place works would have been really helpful.

Mai is an excellent hostess, you can tell she gives from the heart and that makes all the difference in a homestay. The house is beautifully lived-in and this sense of home was the highlight of my week in Vietnam. - Excellent feast of a dinner with multiple dishes & good quality meat - Beautiful home with cosy fireplace - Authentic experience of Vietnamese countryside - Modern bathroom facilities - Fantastic English skills Note that if you stay in the main house there's only a curtain around each bedroom, so if you're sensitive to sound or like more privacy, choose the detached cottage. I liked the authenticity of staying in the main house.

No heating (but this seems standard in Sapa homestays?) - The prices are slightly above other homestays or restaurants, but you do get what you pay for :) - 30min drive from Sapa, but hence it's away from the crowds! They pick you up/drop off for extra charge (100-250k VND)

Mai and her Family are wonderful hosts and let you feel like home! they helped us with everything we could wish for - including wonderful food!

We had such a brilliant time staying in Chapi Dreamy Home. It was away from the centre of Sapa town which we were delighted with as it felt more authentic. It was a perfect location to go hiking and explore the local villages. We stayed with Ha and Minh and we were made feel like part of their family. We were made delicious breakfast and dinners on both days. The little girl was a delight to be around. We loved spending time in this home away from home. Mai the owner was extremely helpful in organising tours via text (she was away due to New Year) She went above and beyond to help us. The tours we booked through her were excellent. Our Sapa experience was one to remember because of our stay here. We would highly recommend Chapi Dreamy Home☺️
