Todo; son super cercanos, llegué muy pronto en la madrugada y me dieron una habitación para que pudiera dormir un rato. Te hacen de guias por si necesitas actividades, se encargan de que te sientas como en casa. Y el sitio es espectacular, parece que estas en la jungla. El desayuno está muy completo y la comida toda muy buena.

Le sérénité du lieu. Lucia trouve des solutions pour tous les déplacements sans problème. Les cabanes sont superbes avec des terrasses dans la nature

Les cigales géantes vietnamiennes qui font un bruit de scie circulaire infernal en fin d après midi !!!! Mais c normal , c est la jungle ... !!! 😁

The staff were awesome. Lucia was very thoughtful and considerate with all my needs. I arrived late to Sapa (11pm), she sent a check in instructions beforehand, such that it gave me some hassle of late check in and can go to my room right away. All the staff including the chef and other helpers were super friendly and professional. They recommended events for us and let us use their umbrella while Sapa was raining heavily. The location is a bit outside of the core area, however, definitely a place to connect with nature (while it is still walking distance to all the actions). Thanks for the great team work to make our stays more comfortable.

The pillow and bed was a bit soft. Otherwise everything was great.
