Right on a nice, clean and peaceful beach. Comfortable stay. Free SUP board, sunbeds and umbrella. Next to a taverna. You can eat at Delfini taverna.

Very small room. Very limited moves in the room when you stay as four people. Cooking facilities are limited as well.

avlakia konumunda kokkariye cok yakindi. sabah cikip gece yatmaya donduk bizim icin yeterliydi. sahipleri ailece cok ilgili ilk girdigimiz andan ciktigimiz ana kadar her konuda yardimci oldular hatta bir aksam lokma yapip getirmisler cok lezzetliydi. sadece banyosu biraz eski ama onun disinda her sey gayet guzel ve sorunsuzdu. wifi ylk yaziyor ama mevcut. onundeki restoran ve taverna sahipleri de cok tatli kadinlardi ve her sey cok lezzetliydi. tavernada yedigimiz shrimp saganaki en iyisiydi.

Tesis çok konforlu her şey size özel biz çok beğendik ailexe gitmiştik. Restoranı çok kaliteli idi. Tüm çalışanlar ve ev sahipleri bize çok yardımcı oldular kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Tek sıkıntı arabası olmayanlar için ulaşımı zor bir yerde merkezlere uzak fakat arabası olanlar gayet rahat eder ücretsiz ve yeterli otoparkları mevcut.

The owner is amazing and made us feel very welcome. He even cooked for us loukoumades (Greek donuts) as a goodbye treat. The location is great for families and couples as the apartment is literally 10-20 meters away from two of the very good restaurants in Samos (Asimopetra and Kosmos) and the beach. The apartment was more than sufficient for its price. However if luxury is important you should (invest the money and) look for another place (probably not in Avlakia beach).

The apartment was not big enough for a four people family. The parking situation during the high season of Samos was also suboptimal as the apartments do not have their own parking as one might understand from the description.
