The bathroom was clean and sheets were clean (not the actual pillow itself though) the owner was nice. Great location.

Mouldy! So bad that I didn't even stay the night. I moved rooms at 10pm that night to another place down the road. It smelt mouldy and the air quality was so bad because of this and the walls were stained and my pillow had mould on it (under the pillow case). I asked for a refund but he didn't reply. Not worth your health. I stayed on the second level so maybe the bottom level isn't that bad but I would never go back there again.

"Lovely quiet place"

Great value for money. Arrived later than check in time and the host had set my room up for me and left the key, which I really appreciated. The hot water wasn't very consistent but the pressure was great. And again, for the price, it's fantastic value.

"Very poor"

I had to check out early due to illness and unfortunately received no support or flexibility from the accommodation or Booking.com, despite leaving 4 nights early and clearly communicating my situation. My stay was from June 23 to July 1, and I left on June 27 — meaning I paid for 4 nights I didn’t use. I understand the booking was marked as non-refundable, but I had a genuine and unforeseen reason for leaving and felt let down by the lack of empathy or willingness to assist. The hotel refused any kind of exception, and Booking.com deferred entirely to their policy, despite me reaching out to both parties respectfully and promptly. It’s disappointing to feel unsupported as a guest, especially when you’ve paid for services you didn’t receive. I hope Booking.com considers being more flexible and guest-focused in situations like this. the room itself had issues: the TV didn’t work, there were someone else’s socks under the bed, and there was no light bulb in the room. These are basic things I wouldn’t expect to deal with as a paying guest.

"Fine for one night, good value for money!"

Stayed for one night by the harbour, shower was hot and the fridge worked.

Broken lamp and no way to turn on the tv, bathroom smelt a little funny

I stayed 4 nights in room number 4. I was happy with the experience. The aircon worked well and so did the fridge which was very convenient. It was good basic accomodation close to everything in Sanur. The cupboard had a lock. I slept comfortably. I loved the pond with water feature and fish. Nice courtyard garden. It was very quiet considering its near the main street. Except for one night when the neighbours dogs barked every 5 minutes for what seemed like the whole night lol. Bring earplugs.

No mattress protector, only a sheet. Bathroom drain was extremely smelly half the time. No ventilation in bathroom and the fan in there didnt work.
