Ngetis Home Stay

A small homestay with only 5 rooms, it was an oasis of calm to return to after being out or indeed equally as lovely to spend some time relaxing in the lush tropical grounds and swim in the pool in the afternoons. I loved the central location to this part of Sanur, also that although on JL Danau Poso it was quiet & peaceful. Mirah, Adi & their extended family run a lovely homestay & Wayan their staff member is great too. The shared kitchen & complimentary bottled water is a great touch, as was the in-room TV with some cable channels. Just some added information from my recent stay. Pictures on the booking site are accurate, however I also I took photos of all three-room types which are attached. - The "superior" rooms are the more modern fitouts (room one is ground level & no stairs to navigate, room 2 & 3 are up a couple flights of stairs) - the deluxe room & deluxe with terrace are both located in the traditional building with the ornate carved wooden doors. - of those two the "deluxe with balcony" has a separate sitting room area & is slightly bigger & has the wooden doors as entry, with the Deluxe having the left most windows & its entrance is on the left-hand side of the building opposite the shared kitchen. I can see why the reviews are consistently excellent & that there are many returning guests & repeat bookings, I had a lovely stay

Large, well lit room Convenient location

Location was great, 5min walk for the beach and easy access to restaurants all around. Staff were very helpful and did a good job of communicating, even arranged a late night airport pickup for us. The property was very peaceful and quiet, was a nice escape after the hustle and bustle of the beach. We also loved that it was a traditional home and had a kitchen in case you wanted to cook or store food.

Bed was somewhat uncomfortable, really hard mattress. Bathroom could use a few updates. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything the people in the next room do, we just played some white noise and it drowned out any noise.

Great location, close to everything, yet quiet. Nice little pool.

Central location to the south of Sanur Good value Clean and tidy

I liked the spacious and comfy bed with clean sheets and pillows. There is also a very nice reception area with beautiful plants as you walk in through the gate. The location is great, shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

It would be good if there was a larger open space to have breakfast.
