Only after we paid online were we informed arrival time was 6-9pm. This was an inconvenience, so I emailed, rang, and texted to request an earlier book in time. I didn't receive a response to any form of contact. I rang on the day of arrival and was told 'I'm at work, if I get off earlier I'll ring you'. We arrived at 5.30pm for our 6oc check in. I texted and rang at 6.05 informing the host we had arrived and again on numerous occasions thereafter. No contact or update, so we had no idea what was happening. I finally received a generic text at 6.35 with instructions as to where to pick up the keys. I got very little sleep that night because of the wind causing a continuous banging noise in the courtyard below. Overall, we were disappointed and won't be returning.

Firstcthe sst nav took us to the destination butvthere was no way of knowing where it was and went in circles for agas. When we arrived I call the lady and she said I must have it wrong and out the phone down on me which made me worry a bit. I called her back several tines and she didn't answer. I then got a text saying on the phone I will call you back butvthen got a text with instructions where she had left the keys for us. There was no meet and greet which bus feel very unwelcome, I didn't see the lady tge whole, not dure if she was hiding in her bedroom, very strange.

The location was ideal for us and was overlooking the caravan park where our friends were staying so only a short walk away. Everything was close by. The owner of the apartment was lovely - friendly and very pleasant. She was in no hurry to put us out.

The only small thing that I didn’t like was the apartment was on the 2nd floor and as a sufferer of a bad back the stairs did twinge me slightly, but it would not stop me staying there again.
