No AC and the ceiling fan comes with light (so can’t have fan without the light for sleeping)

We got from our host very precise inputs on how to check in in the middle of the night. Room was perfectly clean, bed was cozy and spacious, location is very good for somebody who wants just to sleep over night and go to the airport (8 minutes away from Sofia airport). Our host even arranged a taxi for us in the morning. Very nice experience. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. I can recommend this stay 100%

"Short stay close to Sofia Airport"

The room is close to the airport but in a quiet residential area. The host will drive you to the airport for a small extra fee. The room has a balcony and view of greenery below. Free Wifi is good.

The guest in the adjacent room arrived late, made a long, loud phone call and left at 4.30 am to catch a plane. The email with the code for the front door did not arrive in my inbox, like other Booking.com emails and I had to ring the owner to resend it, which he did. I did find it in a very obscure way via the Booking.com account, so I think this was more to do with Booking.com than the host. I tried to submit a report on Tulips via my smartphone some time ago. A message came up that I should send it as 'anon' but there was no way to do this. Again, Booking.com should look into this. It has happened to me before and is not the fault of this host.

Close to the airport, nice room.

Apartment is actually two rooms and shared shower within the owner's apartment separated from his apartment by a curtain. The other room was shared by another guest- both facts were not clear when booked. Shower had hot water for only few minutes then became totally cold, the same happened for the second guest. Owner was rude when we reported that.

Easy to find with the instructions given. Free parking on the street, clean room and clean shared bathroom. Perfect for one night stays for early flights.
