The host, Richard he's just the nicest guy you could meet. Location, literally 5 minutes walking from airport. It was really clean and tidy. Quiet at night.

Excellent location to Liverpool airport , spotlessly clean bathroom, comfy bedroom, with tea and coffee and nibbles ! Richard is an excellent host! I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect host!!! Richard is great, great, great lovely person! Makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right away! Great location, just 5 minutes from airport. Facilities are very nice- tea, coffee, snacks, water. In overall you probably can’t find better place to stay!

I was so warmly welcomed by Richard and made to feel at home straight away. I had everything I needed,.the room was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Incredibly close to the airport, less than 5 minutes walk but very quiet. I really would recommend anyone with early/late flights from Liverpool to stay here

El dueño fue muy amable y atento, el alojamiento está muy limpio y a 5-10 minutos andando desde el aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.

The accommodation was conveniently located, the host was patient and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and there were facilities to store and prepare food if needed.

We could hear everything that was going on in the house, so I had a bit of trouble sleeping. Other than that, everything was perfect. It's a shame that check-out is at 9:00 a.m., as that's quite early.
