"You will not be disappointed."

Room very clean,comfortable with extra little details like free water,sweet treats.You don't get such service in more expensive hotel rooms. 2 minutes walk from the airport,shop and takeaway 300 meters away if you'd get hungry although you could use the kitchen anyway.

"Short walk to the airport, clean cozy room with a great host"

Everything was perfect. It's a 10-minute walk to the terminal building at Liverpool Airport, so very convenient for early morning or late night flights. Richard is truly a gentleman and always communicates promptly. The room was clean, and cosy and had everything you need for a night. The fruits and little treats are a bonus! Absolutely would stay here again when I have flight connections from the airport.

"Superb"

This is a lovely alternative to a hotel if you have an early morning flight from Liverpool airport. You get greeted by the owner with a cup of tea and a chat and there are some nice extras in the room like fruit and biscuits. Everything is very clean and the house is just a 5 minute walk from the Terminal. There is also a nice garden at the back.

"delightful stay"

Richard was a very good host he made me feel very welcome and I even had things in common with him that we could chat about. The room was very clean and airy with a kettle and some treats, it was quiet and had a very comfortable bed.,I slept soundly . The location is fab just a 5 min walk to the airport .
