The location, that’s about it

No cable, wifi sucks, dirty bathroom floor, toilet don’t flush, no shower curtain, bathroom floor is always wet. no towel was provided, till I asked for it Pillows are so flat. Bathroom light is dark. Toilet paper was provided but it was soaked in a dirty floor water. Other guests are loud, and very inconsiderate to other guests that are already Asleep. Staff didn’t do a thing about it, till I got really mad and asked him the take care of the issue.

Toilet were dirty Rooms were not cleaned well The manager is hard to communicate with The manager was not responding to me in regards with the refund that they're supposed to issue for 1 room that they charged me but they don't have any more room available. Until now the manager is not replying to my messages

dont expect too much. its not clean and theyre not responsive to answer all your queries. also theres no designated parking only street parking unlike any other establishment. our overall stay was very inconvenient

It's clean and it's near Calle Crisologo

The place was okay, but there were two single beds when I specifically booked a double room. My husband slept in one single bed and my 3- year-old slept and I slept in a single bed! I couldn't move at all bec i was afraid of falling off the bed! Something in the toilet was leaking and the bathroom floor was wet! Not worth the price as I just recently booked a room at Ciudad Fernandina and just added around 500 php only and got a way better room than what we paid for here.
