"Un apartament foarte bine plasat."

Locația este excelentă, următoarea ușă de lângă Muzeul Brukenthal. Camera drăguță, foarte curată, toate dotările, o mini terasă. Prețul corect. Am putut parca motocicleta în curtea interioară.

Politețea gazdei lasă de dorit, am avut 3 interacțiuni diferite, la fiecare eu am zis bună ziua, ea nu. Baia e foarte mică.

locatia ideala, in piata mare, lipita de muzeul Brukenthal. surprinzator de multa liniste, pentru o locatie din centrul istoric si turistic al orasului.

Lipsa intimitatii. Singurul geam al camerei da pe culoarul pe unde trece toata lumea, si spre curtea interioara a cladirii, unde este foarte liniste, iar orice sunet pe care il faci, este amplificat. Lipsa aerului conditionat

Totul a fost minunat! ✨ Amplasarea foarte centrala, într-o curte foarte liniștită, numai bine pentru odihna. Camerele au o bucătărie comuna, pentru noi ca si grup a fost perfect. Spațiul dispune si de o terasa exterioară cu măsuțe si scaune, foarte frumos amenajat, unde poți sa bei cafeaua (care este la discreție, am apreciat mult). Foarte curat totul, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Iar proprietarii minunați, am avut o comunicare foarte buna. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Nu stiu sigur daca ar fi o problema faptul ca este o clădire veche (fațadă, structura etc.) pentru montarea aparatelor de aer condiționat, dar cu siguranță ar fi un plus. Cu toate acestea, am avut ventilatoare in fiecare camera, totul a fost ok.
