Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the homestay, the size of the room, and the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of whom were helpful during our stay). They even went out of their way to guide us through the places to visit in Kochi. The area is centrally located, making it easy to walk around. Very nice homestay close to the Train Station, bus, and Metro. Homestay well well-maintained with interesting decor in bedrooms. It was a pleasant stay.

"Worst stay in kochi"

Very disappointing experience. We were a group of friends staying peacefully in our rooms and casually having a few drinks when the hotel owner suddenly turned up late at night. He rudely asked us to leave our rooms immediately and come down to the reception so he could take a headcount at around 2:30am . At one point he even asked, "is this your home" which felt extremely humiliating. The way he spoke to us was disrespectful, unnecessary and totally unprofessional. We were paying guests and weren’t disturbing anyone, yet were made to feel like we had done something terribly wrong. This behaviour completely ruined our stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a warm, welcoming experience. We were also heavily overcharged since a few of our friends came to visit. We were forced to make the extra payment even for the ones that didn't stay there.
