Good place to stay, very good location and historical building

The building needs a lot of work, wishing them good luck and hope they can fix things.

Easy access to the beach

We were very disappointed of how it looked like... From the entrence, is a very old building that is literally falling apart. At every floor of the building are construction materials, dust, like the entire place is a hazzard. Also, the room was very very dirty. The bedsheets had stains on it and the whole place smelled like dust. Plus, there were ants and bugs everywhere on the floor. We were constantly botherd by a neighbour on the 1st floor shouting at us from his balcony asking for cigarrets... Overall experience was very bad. Unsafe, dirty, unpleasant. Clearly the worst place we ever booked in.

location is perfect to visit downtown and surroundings.

I wasn’t informed that the building is in renovation. Besides that, outside the building it says watch out for fallen facades. Scared to walk to the last floor where our apartment was located. on top of that, the checkin on the website is until 11 am but the host aggressively knock out on the door before 10 am to let me know I must leave. Unprofessional.

Really good location next to the historical center, very comfortable bed, good air circulation as room is in the top floor. Electric heating is also nice addition.

There was some problem with hot water pressure and there wasn't s trash bin, but those are just minor things.

A few things could easily be added to the apartment for improvement. Especially a trashcan and a glass or two. Moving onwards a kettle and some plates would have been nice too.

Good positioning of the location, easy access to resto & pubs & sea. The bath was very spacious. The host was friendly and was kind enough to help with the luggages the next day after the check out, as we had our train late afternoon.

The room was in the building's attic that was still in the renovation process. The room was dusty, the 2nd bed was dirty and couldn't be used, but we managed to sleep 2 persons in one bed. The terrace was shared, not part of the room.
