"Lovely homestay"

Such a lovely owners. They provided quantum information about Kochi, made sure our stay is comfortable, offered drinking water for all duration of the stay. We’ll definitely come back.

Everything. It’s the cleanest place we have stayed in the time we have been traveling India. The location is fab it’s near everything. The owner is very helpful. WiFi good. Excellent value for money.

Excellent stay in Kochi. Very clean place, located in a small lane which made the stay extremely peaceful. Ralph, the owner, has been extremely helpful for any request. I highly recommend this place.

"A bad experience"

Location is fine

We were 2 people yet it was not a queen size bed but 2 single beds joined together which was very uncomfortable. There was only one tubelight in the room with no good ventilation, too much mosquitos , ants and insects.

The owner was very friendly and helpful and made a great breakfast (extra). Location was pretty handy to the cathedral and to fort Kochi beach

"worst service. both booking.com and owner fraud."

owner charged 600 extra for AC, although I booked AC room, but he refused to prove AC without 600 rupees. complete fraud both owner and booking.com
