The position is good but not at the centrw of changmai, but its not a unlike point

Jimmy and Jeng's homestay is something special! the facilities and rooms are simple, but the hosts are the friendliest and warmest people you'll meet. It feels like staying with an aunty & uncle, they make you feel at home and instantly welcomed. Jimmy offers breakfast, coffee and drinks for very reasonable prices and also will provide you with all the useful information and tips to help you have the best time in Chiang Mai. They can also help you book tours and give you great deals - we didn't manage to book any tours through him as we only stayed 2 days but definitely would if we return next time and will be recommending J&J to all our friends!

If you're happy with basic facilities for the low price, you'll have a wonderful stay 😊 only small improvement could be better towels as the ones provided are not absorbant. but other than that everything was great!

El lugar fue muy agradable, muy acogedor. Los dueños son muy amables, serviciales, dispuestos ayudar siempre y a darte muy buenos consejos. Ofrecen desayuno y me encanto El barrio tambien es muy lindo, muy bien cuidado Super recomendable este lugar

Jimmy y Jeng son dos personas maravillosas. Me ayudaron con todo lo necesario durante mi estancia, especialmente con la clase de cocina que me reservaron que recomiendo 100%, fue genial. La habitación era espaciosa y la cama cómoda, todo muy limpio. Yo con el ventilador estuve bien (finales de marzo). Tienes que pagar por el AC. Recomiendo mucho alojarse en esta Guet house, disfrutarás de un ambiente muy acogedor y de la compañía y ayuda de Jimmy y Jeng que son muy atentos y simpáticos. Repetiría sin duda :)

The property is cozy, full of plants and in a beautiful little green pocket in the city.

A lovely basic, very clean Homestay located in a quiet area with only scooters and bikes going past. Situated only an easy 10 min stroll from the old city and also close to the night market. Jimmy and Jeng were excellent hosts and Jimmy was a font of knowledge of things to do during your stay. We loved the relaxed vibe and a feeling of living amongst the local community. If you are looking for great basic accommodation, this is the place!

Tutto. La struttura pulita e accogliente. Jimmy è stato fantastico, ci ha aiutati nel programmare le nostre giornate fornendoci tantissime informazioni. Consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare Chiang Mai.
