- exceptionally helpful hosts, i.e. despite language barrier making absolutely sure the breakfast option met the guest's preferences in the best way - organising laundry service runs for guest in the quickest manner - kindly offering and providing rides into the city and to the airport

- the bathroom is really bare bones, yet sufficient - property is monitored via cctv which makes total sense for the hosts, but might be uncomfortable for guest and invited friends

El alojamiento en general me pareció excelente y muy económico, no le encuentro algo malo , quizá que está algo alejado del centro de Chian rai

Ruhige Unterkunft etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber mit Grab in 10 min erreichbar. Uns gefällt besonders der kleine, schöne Garten, die Freundlichkeit der beiden Inhaber und das Frühstück, das auf unsere Wünsche angepasst wurde.

Wir bewohnten das kleine Gartenhaus, das trotz vorhandener Moskitos kein Netz hatte. An regnerischen Tagen wird die aufbewahrte Kleidung etwas klamm.

Ambiente muy familiar y tranquilo. Estuve trabajando así que fue ideal. Muy acogedores. Me prestaron una bicicleta. Desayuno muy rico

Endroit came et confortable, niché dans un petit cocon de verdure La villa avec sa grande terrasse est très agréable pour profiter du matin ainsi que de l’après dîner Le couple qui gère l’endroit est d’une gentillesse confondante. Super petit déjeuner

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Chiang Rai — a real gem! The hosting family is incredibly lovely, caring, and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely choose it again on our next visit to Chiang Rai.

This was such an incredible stay and is incredible value for money. The owner was so lovely and helpful, and also prepares a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. The room was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this accomdation to anyone staying in Ching Rai.
