"位置不太好找，住家中分出其中幾間當客房，與屋主住同一棟，早餐是與其他附近早餐店合作，位置在巷子裡，巷子很小，若開大車前往不一定能停進去，只能碰運運氣停外面馬路邊，再步行進去。"

"雖離屏東市區較遠些，整體還算乾淨。但一進車庫，有強烈的貓味，由車庫與隔壁的隔板飄進來車庫，以及1樓上2樓的窗戶也會飄入樓梯間。對於畏懼貓味的人，難以忍受。"
