"A short but pleasant stay in Jiufen with Mr. Qiu"

The location is terrific and the host is the best. Mr. Qiu is in his retirement but is extremely capable to help his guests out on many fronts. He rode his motorcycle to meet us and lead us to the designated parking lot and even offer to transfer our luggage from the parking lot to his house.

Being so close to the Old Street was fantastic. Large spacious room. Very nicely done

Really needs better instruction as how to get there. And better communication. I was cycling and could have went around the back so would have saved me dragging a heavy loaded bike up steep narrow steps. Finding it was difficult.

Location mitten in der Altstadt, 2 min zu Fuß zur übervölkerten Old Street. Man wird vom Jiufen Fushan Temple mit dem Roller zum kostenöosen Parkplatz geleitet. Am besten bloß mit Rucksack zur Unterkunft laufen, viele Stufen. Unterkunft einfach, aber sauber. Frühstück besteht aus gelieferten Sandwiches und Getränken.
