Lage war perfekt und das Design Konzept wirklich sehr schön. Vor allem die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind einfach nur toll gestaltet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Frühstück war europäisch und frisch.

Das Personal war leider oft nicht freundlich, gab aber zwei bemühte Ausnahmen. Das Bett unseres Zimmers war nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden (sieht man aber auf den Fotos). Etwas unpraktisch auf Dauer. Bei unserem Aufenthalt gab es kein anderes Zimmer mehr, wir hätten sonst ein größeres gebucht.

The tasteful decor, the spaciousness, and the hotel’s perfect location. The good breakfast althought the breakfast hours (8:30-9:50) are pretty shorts if you need an early start.

Too many annoying rules, and above all: no real willingness to help travelers during their stay. In particular, it is not possible to leave your luggage after the 11 a.m. check-out unless you pay an extra fee to store it until 3 p.m. at the latest, which is ridiculous. Otherwise, the staff simply smile and tell you to find a locker by yourself. If you have luggage and want to enjoy your last day in Tainan, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The ironic part is that the hotel is huge and clearly has plenty of space to store luggage 😅

Loved the unique rooms at this hotel, and the location was excellent. Very close to lots of things to see in Tainan. The staff were also very friendly.

Wifi didn’t work in the rooms. Not a huge problem for us, but could be if that’s something you need.

Warm and friendly team, delightful vintage decor in common areas and our room, delicious breakfast, comfortable and clean room, great location (walked from train station).

Street noise from adjacent alley, wet bathroom.
