Down home and interesting. Host also operates a restaurant across the street. Host was patient with my inability to speak Mandarin

They need a better sign outside. Maybe in English if they hope to attract more international people

Nice and simple place, nothing fancy not touristy at all but beautiful nature and a nice river to dive into around the corner. Friendly people all around. Breakfast is right across the street so you kind of immerse in the village life. The son of the owners is well on his way to become a good musician and eager to practice some english. Very easy to feel welcome and at home here, at least for me.
