Ikegami Dapo Moutain Bed and Breakfast

We’re a multi-generational family that travels often (toddlers to grandparents), with a mix of English and Chinese speakers and experience across both high-end and simple accommodations. This stay truly stood out. From the start, the hospitality was exceptional. When we arrived at the train station, the owner promptly picked us up in a vehicle that easily fit our group and luggage, making the slightly out-of-town location effortless—and completely worth it for the peaceful, beautiful rice-paddy views. The room was spacious, spotless, and clearly designed with care. Comfortable bedding, strong hot water, and thoughtful details made it a place where you could genuinely relax. Our children loved the layout, and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was freshly prepared, generous, and delicious, balancing local flavors with options that worked well for kids. Most memorable was the genuine kindness of the family, who made us feel truly welcome and helped us appreciate the area. This town is well worth visiting, and this hotel is the ideal place to stay—perfectly blending family friendliness, relaxation, and heartfelt hospitality.

comfortable experience, spacious. breakfast was very generous and good. the host is very hospitable, friendly and gave many good recommendations on things to do around the b&b. highly recommend!!

早餐飲料有咖啡、豆漿、奶茶、花草茶，都非常好喝！餐點豐盛均衡且很美味～ 環境整理地很舒服、視野很好～ 很放鬆，有回家的感覺～

Very welcoming host. Breakfast was very large and changed daily. Room was comfortable with good ac.

No view from the room (unless you stay in the top floor. But even then, only one room on the top floor has a good view). Location was problematic unless you have a car. There’s no way to get to town besides asking for a ride from the host (who is very willing and accommodating) but I hate relying in other people for transport. We ended up renting a moped for the stay. Breakfast was huuuuge. The room we were in (bottom floor, first room/closest to the main house) had no WiFi inside the room :( strong WiFi outside the room but we didn’t like sitting outside due to mosquitos.

老闆和老闆娘都很nice❤️ 園裡有盪鞦韆可玩，還有好多隻小狗，很溫馴 景色ㄧ望無際，可眺望遠方，還看得到火車經過 晚上有滿天星星，很美。兩個孩子都好開心～ ㄧ直問說何時可以再來住😆 老闆娘的早餐很有特色，超好吃😋 回到家第二天，就開始想念了，難怪人家說，台東的土地會黏人
