The room itself was clean but see comments below. Entry lock was easy to remember using booking phone number. Suggestions would be a larger garbage can and instructions on where to put garbage. Would also be nice if tissues could be supplied. Room was missing a hair dryer but as soon as notified, one was delivered.

The microwave was dirty. The coffee maker was dirty. Water had been left in it and had stuff floating in it. The freezer in the small frig was completely frozen closed. My friends were in the Denali room and their oven was dirty. She also mentioned that some oven ware was way past its prime.

Great location, clean and comfortable

It was by far our best stay in Alaska! Everything was impeccable, and the bed and mattress were of very good quality.

Maybe the garden at the entrance should be taken care of a bit.

the owner should make it clear that this is basically a few rental units in what looks like a house in a residential neighborhood. I like the sound of children playing under the windows, but others may not.

three problems - the bathtub appeared to have needed some sort of repair, but the “plastic” they used for the repair seems to capture (or have captured) many many short black hairs so it was really gross. The second problem is the porch. The front steps are a bit funky but they worked, but the “side” had no steps and in the dark it would be very easy to simply fall off (thinking it was the steps) and really hurt yourself. Finally, the mini frig has a “freezer” that was 100% full of ice (not ice cubes but just old “snow”). If the owner fixes these then I would feel comfortable recommending it to others.
