Nice place ,was treated great by host

I found that my stay was cancelled by the facility. I mentioned that I was handicapped and hoped they had a tub/shower or tub. I told them I make do all the time if they could not accomodate it was OK. I walk with one or two canes and stay in regular rooms all the time. I was hoping they would say... yes we have tubs or tub/shower. I never dreamed I would be a legal liability because of a handicap i overcome all the time. Since the room was gone there was not much I could say when another was not offered. I cancelled the entire business meeting and since this was a call to double check before I arrived in a few days I can only assume I will be reimbursed if I chose to pay in advance. Right now I can't remember if I am owed or not.

Don't cancel someones room until you talk to them first might be a good policy

I needed a cheap place to stay in San Bernardino area, I had a booking credit. This place hit the mark

The check in was extremely chaotic with the host saying I didn’t have a place to stay for the night, even though I had confirmation and no note from the owner saying that the booking was cancelled.It was extremely confusing. The room was a closet, the sheets had not been washed, a dog barked through out the night…

I wouldn’t know. After saying that they are pet friendly. I was told that the room I booked that they will not refund my money for did not accept pets or dogs that they could not accommodate because the room was too small. This is absolutely ridiculous. When on Booking.com, they are literally listed as a pet friendly facility, BS

I did not like the false advertisement of pet friendly, and being told that my service dog would not be allowed on premises and that the room could not accommodate her and they refused to refund my money. Don’t stay here. They just want your money.
