I was outside, I called nobody answered, ther was no sign ag the door, people were sitting outside waiting for the manager to come, there was No parking where I could park my car overnight. So I never came back in the evening to spend the night there.

I never got to stay there they never open the door for my son and his girl and those pictures on your website they are not with that place looks like and that is in the worst neighborhood in Reading that's the prostitution strip and that's crack area 720 Franklin is snack up in the middle of the hood there was Weeds coming out growing up the wall there was trash on the in the alley in the side of the house there was a board in the window like it was trashy the worst place I ever saw I thought it was a hotel because they fixing up down in that area , I live here I know that area I've been here all my life I don't know why you didn't investigate or check out the place that you're sending people to with a discount but I'm sorry that is a slum place and for you to have that on your website for people to go to it's terrible and I'm going to go to the police station because I paid money I don't even know how to get a hold of them to get my money back,, once again they never opened the door so I had to pay $260 for one night for my son to stay because I had booked that moment but when I saw it trash, I'm here in Redding the air show was going on so the hotels jacked up all the prices I was lucky I found a room but I had to pay $260 and I feel that I should be reimbursed my $260 because I never stayed there and I had to go out of my way to run another place because they never open the door and even if they would open it please, I would never use your website again actually I was my first time booking a hotel and well college dorm rooms whatever they're called they don't even have a sign out front he couldn't even find it he was up and down the street so people are looking at him like he's looking for drugs I'm walking down the street trying to find it and an old man pulls over in his car and tries to pick me up like if I'm a hooker come on you can't send people in that area to stay there, I want my...

The room had plenty of space for clothes along with a decent sized tv.

There were many things. Sheet on bed had a disgusting big white stain on it that didn’t look so good, bunk beds weren’t very nice looking, windows don’t lock, bedroom door and front door look like somebody could easily kick in and get in, there should be more things given in the room like more blankets, pillows, towels, hand soap, toilet paper. It should have a dedicated parking lot or parking garage spot. I had parked in a little parking lot near the building and had another person staying in the house ask me if i was parked there and proceeded to tell me they were about to tow my vehicle. I went out and there was no two truck and a tow truck never showed up. I decided i had enough so i packed my room a day early and had left. The room could’ve been a little cleaner. Also when I had gotten there my friend had pointed out that underneath the bed was kind of broken.

What I liked about the property was that everyone was friendly and we all got along and the house it’s self was very clean and the co-host kept up with everything.

What I didn’t like about the property is that you never see the owner and during my stay there I was recently banned. I was banned over false accusations and I never seen any proof, I let someone come get their belongings out of my room there and the owner accused me of letting them sleep in my room. I offered for the co-host to check my room he said that the owner just wanted us to leave and that we were banned, when I asked to see the proof cause I have in black and white of the people he claimed stayed there, actually stayed somewhere else .. he refused to show me and just kept telling me to leave. I feel like he wanted me to leave the room so he can give it to someone else. Which isn’t a problem but I will never recommend anyone to stay here ever.

I want to request a refund because of the unprofessionalism me and my family endured in this filthy molded establishment. Nothing is sanitary and honestly it should be removed from your website. This is a ripoff for money. The area is drug infested also a lot of drug activity in the area and in the establishment. They are not even kid friendly and told me to leave with my children.

There customer should be notified of bunk beds.
