Dances Bay

I loved my room and the beautiful view of the Bay.

The huge comfortable bed is to die for ! Plus the architecture and of course the beautiful view!! It had a balcony off the suite floor and has a huge beautiful bathtub !!!!

the drive in was long but it was worth it

We loved the beautiful location and neighborhood.

First impression, was disappointing ; the entrance porch was grungy and entrance door needed maintenance. There was no reception area although a table with guest book was on a table. Floor boards were very dusty and dirty. the host was not presentable; barefoot and not wearing clean clothes. Not very professional or business like person. Once in the room, the smell of a chemical used to clean [or mask odors] in the room was unbearable and we were not able to open the window, so we had to open the door for a while, to air it out. The bathroom was terrible; the vessel sink was inappropriate; water spatter all over the small counter and floors; the shower/tub was very stained and some green rust on handles and shower head. A bath rug instead of towel bath matt which would dry quickly. There were not a table , or a chair or luggage rack. Just an enormous useless armoire. There were dogs left alone in next door room and were scratching the door trying to get out, thus interrupting our sleep. Outside, the grass needed to be mowed and some seating should have been provided for guests to enjoy the view.

I was born and raised in the area. It was exactly the location that I was looking for to visit my birth area and remaining friends. Being on the river was a bonus.

I didn't like climbing steps as I am getting older.

Beautiful views, comfortable and quiet. I would stay here again.

It's a ways out, 20 minutes one way to get food. Should've brought food on the way in.

The host and guests were exceptionally friendly, pleasant and polite. The deck was very relaxing and pleasant. All high tech needs were available.
