Windbell Villa Hoi An

The hotel was really cosy. The room was really clean and big. The staff was adorable and very helpful. The highlight of the hotel is also the pool, which temperature was perfect to swim in the morning or relaxing after a long day. The hotel is not in the ancient town, which is really crowded, but on the island in front that is much quieter. You can rent a bike at the hotel for 40.000VN a day (they are new) and you'll reach the city center in 5min, and any other location. I would definitely recommend this place for a chill and quality stay!

The owner is friendly and helpful. Vast, Spacious and clean room. Relax area next to the pool with nice coffee ☕ One of the best place we want to stay again.

Only no elevator, but not a big deal

Everything, a great place. Run by a wonderful family. Lovely food and drinks. Everything you need all in one place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Zimmer anders als das was ich gebucht habe, ich habe aber sehr viel sparen können, deswegen habe ich nichts gesagt. Bad stank stark nach Abfluss. Habe dann einfach Wasser im Waschbecken gelassen und es verschlossen und ein Handtuch auf den Abfluss der Dusche gelegt. Dann ging es. Warum auch immer war die Zimmertür mit Milchglas, im Hausflur war aber immer Licht an. Deswegen war es viel zu hell im Zimmer. Ich musste mir ein weiteres Bettlaken geben lassen um es vor der Tür zu befestigen. Kein großer Ganzkörper Spiegel im Zimmer. Es war ein riesiger Raum, aber ohne Spiegel. Da ist super schade. Ebenfalls hätteüfehlten an der riesigen Wandfläche Haken zum aufhängen von Jacken ect.

Very good location, family run, and attentive staff

The garden around the pool was very pretty and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the balcony was cool and looked over the garden. Breakfast was simple but good variety. The location is just removed from the busy centre, a pleasant walk to most places of interest. The family were kind and the manager helped with transport and booking. I really recommend this hotel.
