Ella Tea Land View

The owners are nice (they speak little English); warm water (not hot); big room; great location (in 5’-10’ walk there are restaurants and train station). The view is spectacular: you wake up with the tea plantation right in front of you

All the other reviews must be fake. The room is absolutely disgusting! The walls and ceilings are covered in mould but worst of all the toilet and bathroom are leaking sewage which is soaked into the carpet. We refused to stay however the host got aggressive and began to shout demanding money. a truly horrific homestay which shouldn't be on booking.com.

Owner and his wife has very good hospitality. Very close to public transport.

Great view, away from main road, nice porch outside room and fab breakfast

Quite a steep walk down to the place, carpets were a bit damp.

It's not very clean, it's on the mountain, and there are small flying insects at night. But the boss was also proactive in communication and reduced the price by 145 rupees.

The view was fantastic and it was just 100m away from the main place. Very easy to access many shops and cafés. All by walking. The two old couples were fantastic caring and loving. They are so good and we had a wonderful breakfast lunch and dinner. They guided us a lot. We were happy to meet them. We are looking forward to coming back again.
