I liked the location, the facilities are very well maintained, and the hygiene is very well taken care of. The team on site is very helpful. I had booked it for my husband's birthday and the team even helped us with decoration. Mr.Anil our caretaker was very helpful and also took us around the property, there is a scenic walk towards the backwaters where you can sit and enjoy the nature we loved it the most. All three Zostel Villas are awesome and the whole Casuarina property is very scenic and safe even if only women are traveling. I would like to appreciate the staff and management we faced minor issue however they immediately provided us with alternatives and even apologised us for the inconvenience. Was really a minor issue but still they were delegant in helping us, rare quality to find nowadays. Really appreciate the management for that. The property has power backup unfortunately at night there was power cut and everything else was working but the fan and wifi went off , supposedly there was some issue with the inverter, since the weather was pleasant we did not face any issue however I would request them to kindly get it sorted.

This beautiful place has been preserved with its natural cover, we were able to spot so many birds such as bulbul, and kingfisher. We also spotted langoors and peacocks! It was Superb in the rains, full of surprises! Thank you so much!

1. Breakfast can have a little more variety, also if it can be served before 8am. 2. Electricity back up needs little improvement

The drive to the resort area where the house is located is spectacular especially during the monsoons. The location was lovely, lush green, within a gated resort area with plenty of area to walk around and even go right down to the lake. We were welcomed by the caretaker and given a tour of the home which was very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need in a homestay, well furnished inside with a nice outdoor shared lawn outdoors between two homes. The caretaker Anil was extremely helpful and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The food while simple, fresh and made from local ingredients was excellent and added to the experience. Overall, it's a great place to spend time outdoors, enjoy the silence, nature and spend a few days by the lake. Warm, comfortable home, great hospitality and a wonderful experience.

Nothing that stood out that would spoil a holiday experience in any way.
