部屋からの眺めが素晴らしい。夜はタイミングがよければガムランの練習が聞こえてきてリラックスできます。朝ごはんもおいしかった。バルコニーのチェックアウト後に空港まで送ってもらえました。

サルがバルコニーにでてくるので注意。だけど襲っては来なかった。

Undis is THE best place to stay! You don’t have to look any further— stay here! The rooms are clean and spacious with AC, a fan and fresh towels. The breakfast is homemade & delicious. The hosts were very nice and friendly. They accommodated me with an early breakfast and helped to organise a day tour north of Ubud. The room was comfortable with good AC and wifi. There was hot water in the shower

The shower and toilet were immediately adjacent so any time I used the shower the toilet would get wet

Location very central. WiFi worked okay for video calls. Quiet throughout the day and night. Good view.

Small room; only outside space was a small balcony just outside the room.

Quiet place, beautiful morning view from balcony. Lovely host, she had my breakfast ready at 6 am to fit my day schedule, I really appreciate!

It is good for solo traveler, because the room soundproof was not good, there was a couple next door on my last night stay that made noise (showering, doing household, arguing) and I could hear it clearly from my room.

Wayan was always helpful and attentive as well as his family, he helped me with places I wanted to visit, the breakfast was delicious.

Living with family. Polite family members. Carried my luggage from below to first floor though I insisted I carry by myself.

Slightly far off from the road. The path is narrow from the road where vehicle will reach. so have to carry large luggages by hand for around 150 meters. Smelly bathrooms, no tap. No health faucet. Very small bathroom. Also washbasin was so small that it is impossible to use wash basin without spilling water. The paints on the walls were worn out. The prepaid breakfast portion was small and insufficient for the amount paid. Better have breakfast outside. No clean complementary drinking water. 1.5 L water 10000 IDR. In shops we can get it for 7000 IDR. Reqeusted to clean the room. Room cleaned but towel not changed. Bathroom door was not locking and difficult to open sometimes. Informed them. They checked. But they just told they will try to fix it later. In booking dot.com it is written room with balcony. Its not a balcony but a common veranda before the entrance door. EDIT: If the facilities are commensurate with the amount paid then the ratings will also be according to the facilities provided. Cannot provide bad rooms and expect 10/10 review. Also the owner threatened to leak the passport details I shared with him for the stay. Thats a big red. If a person can threaten like that image what may happen during stay.
