very close to the city centre, kindness of the owners and breakfast - very good for what I needed and excellent price.

Best hotel i have done in Bali. Big room with balcony, near to the Ubud center and the family who has the hotel is so kind. Thank you for all and see you.

The location was very convenient, great views from the balcony, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The room was big and had a wardrobe which was useful.

The hotel wasn't very responsive to our messages or helpful with on formation about how to move around or things to do in Ubud. The room had mould in the walls and the ceiling and the bathroom was dirty, we felt like it wasn't clean in between guests. In addition, the shower was located between the wasin and the toilet, there was no shower plate and the drain for the water was blocked, so when we showered the bathroom got flooded and we couldn't use it ( baring in mind that we were opening the shower just to use the needed water). It was cheap, but we didn't feel comfortable...

Super friendly family. Has cute puppies, rabbits, fish and birds. View from balcony is amazing. Central location, clean, drinking water provided. Owner (Ayu) makes delicious breakfast and it was a wonderful experience to eat it on our balcony with the superb views. Highly recommend to everyone, we would stay here again!

Foam mattress so soft and sinks in but not a deal breaker.

Nice room located on the upper flor of balinese mansion with big window and a terrace where the breakfast is served. Each day you may choose from a short list of breakfast preferences, which is really cool. I especially liked the option for scrambled eggs which was really tasty. The hosts are incredibly friendly and supportive.

there is some motorbike noise coming from the street but this is an offset for the central location

views from the top floor balcony room as in pictures (only 2 up there), breakfast was also nice with multiple choices. host family is super friendly and kind. free drinking water is super convenient. location is off the main road yet close to everything. a new puppy also lives here!

as mentioned by others, the roosters crow all night as the dogs converse, and the motor scooters ride along the side road with an echo effect. the burning trash smells of Bali (and the region) waft into the room so asthmatics may notice but none of this is Kubu Taman’s fault. towels have a mildew smell so if you have allergies might not be the best place for you.

The family is very nice,I arrived very early and they offered me some coffee and sweets, and also the room very soon.Breakfast is fantastic and location great,un the centre close to everything.
